Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Goods Receiving Supervisor for internal applications at our Bizana store in the Eastern Cape. You will oversee receiving, stock labelling, and ensure correct balance against supplier documents, while preparing stock for the floor and merchandising.

The role requires Grade 12 or higher, 1-2 years related experience, strong English communication, numeric skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. Computer literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with 1 year related experience or 2 years related experience
• English communication with preferred local language
• Above average numeric skills
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Receive / IBT stock and ensure proper balance with supplier docs
• Populate IT system within prescribed time frames
• Label stock accurately with SKU and pricing
• Process supplier claims and corrections with proper documentation
• Maintain security and orderly receiving area
• Provide high level customer service to internal/external customers
• Adhere to safety (OHSA) requirements and Cashbuild policies
• Keep GRS office clean and ready for business
