Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Heidedal, Bloemfontein, seeks a Goods Receiving Supervisor to manage stock intake and distribution, labeling, and pricing compliance. The role requires strong English communication, numeric skills, and the ability to work shifts/weekends.

You will ensure accurate receiving against invoices, maintain stock integrity, and support customer service at the Goods Receiving area while upholding safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication in English; dominant local language preferred.
• Above average numeric skills essential.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced store environment.
• Must be computer literate and able to use store IT systems.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive/IBT stock and ensure correct balancing to invoices and purchase orders.
• Manage stock distribution and merchandising within prescribed timeframes.
• Label stock with correct SKUs and ensure pricing policy adherence.
• Validate supplier claims with slips/credit notes and obtain Store Manager approval.
• Maintain security: lock GRS office, proper documentation, and controlled access.
• Keep GRS area clean, adhere to Ready for Business procedures and OHSA safety rules.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist supplier queries.
