Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Goods Receiving Supervisor to manage stock receiving, labeling, and dispatch activities. The role covers verifying deliveries, updating the system, and ensuring stock is merchandised on the shop floor in a timely manner.

The incumbent will ensure accuracy between invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders, while maintaining stockroom security and supporting supplier claims processes. Weekend and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and preferably the dominant local language
• Above average numeric skills required
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Receive/return stock from suppliers and stores and label stock
• Update goods receiving vouchers on the system
• Ensure stock received is issued to the floor for merchandising
• Balance stock against supplier invoice and delivery note
• Maintain stockroom security and documentation
• Assist with stock discrepancies and supplier claims
