Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with 1 year related experience or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and preferably the dominant language in the area.
• Above average numeric skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive / IBT stock from suppliers and balance to supplier invoice / delivery note.
• Capture stock on the IT system within prescribed time limits.
• Label stock with correct SKU and maintain pricing as per Cashbuild policy.
• Ensure stock is merchandised and dispatched to the floor within timelines.
• Process inter-branch transfers and handle supplier claims with proper documentation.
• Maintain security and housekeeping in the GRS area.
