Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related experience or Grade 12 with no related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers on correct products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Merchandise stock safely and according to store layout plan and planograms.
• Ensure area is free of obstacles and check shelf price labelling.
• Maintain OHSA safety within area of responsibility and report discrepancies.
• Report damaged stock and assist with stock loss control.
