Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Goods Receiving Supervisor for the Dobsonville area. The role involves receiving and returning stock, updating vouchers in the system, and ensuring stock is ready for merchandising on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 plus related experience, strong numeracy, and excellent customer service skills. The position requires computer literacy and availability for shifts and weekends to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with 1 year related experience or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and preferably the dominant local language.
• Above average numeric skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive / IBT stock and ensure correct identification against invoices and purchase orders.
• Balance stock received with supplier documents and record on IT system.
• Label stock with appropriate SKUs and ensure pricing adherence.
• Handle supplier claims and corrections with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain security by following receiving procedures and locking protocols.
• Keep the GRS office tidy and ensure stock is ready for merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with supplier queries.
• Adhere to OHSA safety requirements and cash handling policies.
