Job summary

homechoice is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day showroom performance, deliver sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer experience in line with brand standards. You will oversee stock, operations, and people leadership to drive profitability.

With a minimum of 5 years in retail and proven team leadership, you will schedule staff, monitor performance, and execute promotions while maintaining high display standards and compliance across the showroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail, sales-driven environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong customer focus.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using MS Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance against targets, budgets and growth objectives.
• Lead daily performance discussions, set targets, and coach to improve conversion and basket value.
• Ensure stock accuracy, shelf presentation and loss prevention.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and leave management while maintaining high customer standards.
• Contribute to promotions, merchandising, and in-store campaigns.
