homechoice is a leading South African homeware retailer seeking a Showroom Manager to drive sales, lead a diverse team and maintain exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on achieving targets, managing operations, and executing promotions with strong stock controls.

You will coach and develop staff, optimize schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail, sales-driven environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using retail systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance against targets, budgets and store performance.
• Lead daily performance discussions and set sales priorities.
• Coach the team to improve conversion, upselling, cross-selling and average basket value.
• Ensure monthly promotions and campaigns are executed on time.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and stock controls.
