Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead the design, implementation and administration of total rewards from a remote-enabled setup. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 6 years in compensation and benefits design/administration.
- Experience with executive compensation and broad salary structures.
- Strong data analysis and regulatory knowledge.
- Proficient in HRIS and compensation software.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base salaries and incentives.
- Benchmark market data to ensure competitive packages.
- Administer benefits programs with cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Develop total rewards communications for employees.
- Partner with HR business partners and leadership on total rewards.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws.
- Manage brokers, providers, and vendor contracts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve programs.
- Lead HR projects related to total rewards and remote administration.
- Maintain documentation for policies and procedures.
