Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Compensation and Benefits experience.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, voluntary benefits).
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze benchmark data.
- Develop and maintain job grading structures and salary bands.
- Assist in designing incentive and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with remuneration-related legislation.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits queries.
- Manage relationships with external providers and vendors.
- Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Analyze effectiveness of C&B programs and recommend improvements.
