Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our global HR team. This fully remote role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering competitive pay and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent across time zones.

You will rely on market data and regulatory knowledge to ensure equity and legal compliance, partner with providers, and advise on salary benchmarks, annual reviews, and incentives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking.
• Proficiency in benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research and analysis for competitive pay and benefits.
• Manage relationships with providers and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Develop communication materials to educate employees and managers.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and bonuses.
• Maintain records of compensation and benefits data in the HRIS.
• Participate in HR projects related to total rewards and employee well-being.
