Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote HR Generalist specializing in Compensation and Benefits. You will design, implement, and manage competitive C&B programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees, while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business goals.

This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with HRIS and C&B software, and the ability to collaborate with finance and legal teams across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with HRIS and C&B software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all aspects of compensation, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to C&B.
• Collaborate with finance and legal on C&B matters.
• Communicate C&B programs to employees and management.
