Placements24 is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a fully remote HR Operations role. You will design and manage compensation and benefits programs, analyze market data, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions while supporting a remote-first culture.

Responsibilities include benchmarking packages, developing salary structures, administering health and retirement plans, and preparing leadership reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits analysis or related HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, modeling and interpretation.
• Expertise in compensation methodologies, job evaluation, salary benchmarking.
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits administration (health, retirement, etc.).
• Knowledge of SA labour laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines remotely.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market research and benchmark compensation and benefits packages.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading, and incentive plans.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health and retirement plans.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, equity, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Partner with HRBPs and management to advise on compensation matters.
• Assist in designing new benefits programs and policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
• Manage vendor relationships related to benefits administration and surveys.
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus allocation processes.
