Job summary

Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their remote HR team. You will design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs across the organization, ensuring equity and competitiveness.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation structures, market analysis, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR leadership, finance, and business units to align rewards strategy with business goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Proven experience designing and managing executive compensation programs.
In-depth knowledge of South African labor law related to compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement compensation strategies, including salary structures and incentive programs.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of rewards elements.
Administer and manage all employee benefits programs and vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with South African compensation and benefits legislation and regulations.
Provide expert advice to HR partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
