Placements24 is seeking an analytical and strategic HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive total rewards programs in Polokwane. This role focuses on attracting, retaining, and motivating employees by aligning pay and benefits with business objectives.
You will lead market benchmarking, administer health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, and develop job evaluation and grading systems while ensuring compliance and driving employee
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS and compensation tools.
- Knowledge of compensation philosophies and job evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain job evaluation and grading systems.
- Manage annual salary reviews and bonus allocations.
