Job summary

Tafadzwa Consulting seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead coordination of Skills Programmes, WSP planning, and stakeholder collaboration in Gauteng. The role focuses on aligning training needs with organisational objectives and ensuring compliance with SETA requirements.

You will manage programme rollouts, data collection for annual training plans, and reporting to SETA, while supervising junior staff and maintaining accurate records for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Adv Dip in HRD/HRM/BA related field.
• ODETDP qualification is an added advantage.
• 4 years’ L&D experience with 1 year supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roll-out of learnerships and internship programmes.
• Coordinate WSP data capture and annual training plan.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders for compliance.
• Prepare progress/closure reports aligned to SETA standards.
