FullServe is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator in Alberton to design and implement a comprehensive training program for clients and internal teams. You will manage trainers’ daily activities and enhance customer interaction strategies.

Key responsibilities include needs assessment, program logistics, feedback collection, onboarding, and driving annual learning strategies in line with WSP requirements. You will liaise with external providers and ensure compliance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications in instructional design or related areas are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs within the organization.
  • Program Implementation: Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and materials.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to improve future programs.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to trainers and attendees.
  • Build relationships with third-party training providers for fit-for-purpose L&D tech.
  • Prepare co-funding requests for in-company training submitted to SETAs.
  • Manage onboarding programs.
  • Drive annual learning strategies aligned with the WSP.
  • Maintain Learning Budget and costs.
  • Maintain knowledge of L&D innovations and trends.
  • Ensure regular reporting and grant submissions (WSP/ATR/BBEEE).
  • Facilitate QCTO Accreditation processes as SDP and Assessment Centre.

About the job Senior Training Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

As a Snr. Training Coordinator at will play a vital role in designing and implementing a robust training program for both our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will involve managing trainers' daily activities and improving customer interaction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Identifying training needs within the organization.
  • Program Implementation: Coordinating logistical details, including venue selection and materials preparation.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback post-training to enhance future programs.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to trainers and attendees
  • Building relationships with third-party training providers to ensure that the organization has access to the most fit-for-purpose L&D technology available
  • Prepare co-funding request for in-company training that is submitted annually to the SETA's
  • Managing the onboarding program
  • Driving annual learning strategies in line with the WSP
  • Managing the Learning budgert (define budget needs and ensure costs follow up)
  • Maintaining current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends
  • Ensure regular reporting
  • Submitting Grant Applications, EE Reports,WSP/ATR's and BBEEE submissions
  • Facilitating QCTO Accreditation process as SDP and Assessment Centre

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications in instructional design or similar areas are beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of QCTO and SETA systems.
  • Extensive understanding of SAQA & Unit Standards.
  • Compile a Request for Proposal(RFP) on training for potential clients.
  • Training material design, review and document control.
  • Strong administrative skills in learning program management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software.
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
