Job summary

Joint Medical Holdings Ltd. in Durban (South Africa) seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, implement and oversee group-wide L&D initiatives.

You will align training with business objectives, conduct needs analyses and coordinate programmes across technical, leadership, compliance and soft-skills areas. You will manage calendars, learner records and reporting, support performance management and talent development, and ensure compliance with WSPs, ATRs and mandatory

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, coordinating, delivering and evaluating training programmes.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and developing learning interventions.
• Experience facilitating training in a corporate environment.
• Experience with SETAs, WSPs and ATRs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee L&D initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and identify skills gaps.
• Coordinate, facilitate and evaluate training programmes (tech, leadership, compliance, soft skills).
• Manage training calendars, learner records and reporting requirements.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with WSPs, ATRs and mandatory training.
• Manage training budgets, suppliers and provider relationships.
• Collaborate with HR, managers and leaders to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report improvements.
