Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success in SaaS.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including remote collaboration.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
