Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of SaaS client relationships across South Africa. You will own the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, coordinating with sales, support and product teams to ensure successful adoption and retention.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in account management or customer success within SaaS, strong communication, remote collaboration skills, and a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in SaaS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for remote engagement.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and manage their needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow账户 revenue.
