Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to champion client satisfaction and retention in a remote-first setup. You will build trusted advisor relationships, drive value from our platform, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will monitor client health, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling while thriving in a flexible, home-office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve client outcomes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in (Industry Specific to Company - e.g., SaaS, Technology) is a strong plus.
• A passion for helping customers succeed and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Drive adoption and utilization of our client's products/services to ensure clients achieve maximum value.
• Monitor client health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and sales teams.
• Contribute to customer success best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
