Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise accounts for a prominent SaaS provider. This fully remote role in South Africa requires proactive relationship management and strategic planning to maximize client value.

You will oversee onboarding, define success plans, and drive renewals and expansions while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams. A strong emphasis on communication and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role in SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute success plans to achieve clients' business outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and identify growth.
