Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related sales role focusing on SaaS products.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual engagement.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud tech, and digital transformation trends.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work with strong time management.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new features and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and demonstrate ongoing value.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements.
• Achieve and exceed retention and expansion revenue targets for your assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account status in the CRM system.
