Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to lead advanced network operations, monitor platforms, and resolve complex incidents. You will mentor juniors, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with automation teams to reduce manual work.

Ideal candidates will have strong Cisco/Aruba/Wi‑Fi expertise, SD‑WAN experience, and hands‑on Linux administration in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Ansible and Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco/Aruba switching and enterprise Wi‑Fi technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead in providing exceptional managed services to clients and resolve high‑complexity incidents.
• Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks and coach junior team members.
• Contribute to automation efforts and provide inputs to automation teams.
• Maintain and monitor client infrastructure, toolsets and incident response processes.
