Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or relevant IT qualification.
• Experience deploying network monitoring systems and producing reports.
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
• CCNA Enterprise certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, identify, investigate and resolve network incidents.
• Provide second-line support and handle medium-complexity tickets.
• Collaborate with CoEs and automation teams to optimize tasks.
• Document network diagrams and run trend analyses for automation.
