Job summary

NTT DATA in Cape Town seeks a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to drive high‑complexity incident resolution and proactive problem management for our clients. You will mentor juniors, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with automation teams to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities include configuring and monitoring client networks, logging issues, and delivering improvements with Cisco/Aruba/Meraki expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Ansible and Python required.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/Meraki networking.
• Experience with Linux servers and virtual machines.
• Experience deploying and monitoring enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-line networking incidents and problem resolution.
• Develop monitoring content and runbooks; mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and automation teams.
• Prepare monthly status reports and governance documentation.
