Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to lead proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis for client networks. You will work with Cisco/ Meraki/ Aruba devices, SD-WAN, and security concepts within a hybrid working model.

You will document network diagrams, support change processes, and contribute to automation and knowledge sharing while delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications: Diploma or degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent).
• Ability to implement IT security measures and document network diagrams.
• Experience with deploying network systems and SD-WAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor queues and resolve incidents/requests within SLA.
• Provide second-level support and identify root causes of incidents.
• Escalate with clear risk mitigation and collaborate with CoE and vendors.
• Contribute to automation efforts and knowledge articles.
• Assist in designing and implementing network infrastructure and DR tests.
