Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to lead in delivering high-quality managed services. You will resolve complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior team members while contributing to automation and knowledge sharing.

You will support client infrastructures, coordinate with third-party vendors, and help drive improvements in service delivery through monitoring, proactive problem management, and change processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or relevant IT/Computing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors ticket queues and resolves incidents within SLA.
• Advices on root cause and provides resolution for incidents and problems.
• Coaches L1 teams and supports on automation efforts.
• Performs on-site technical support and field engineering when needed.
• Drives operational improvements and documents knowledge.
• Participates in CAB processes for changes.
• Plans and executes maintenance activities.
• Works with automation teams to optimize tasks.
