Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, preferably in technology or software.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas with a closing focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a persuasive tone.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior sales professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate interest in our client’s software solutions.
• Identify customer needs and pain points, and articulate how our offerings provide value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing deals.
