Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.

Based ideally near Stellenbosch, but remote, you will demonstrate consultative selling, maintain CRM records, deliver virtual product demonstrations, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven inside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling.
• Proficiency with CRM software and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound inquiries.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals and ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Aim to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
