Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar remote sales role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate new leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations via video conferencing.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
