Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join a fully remote sales team. You will drive revenue through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and closing deals mainly via phone and digital channels, managing the entire sales process for inbound and outbound leads.

• Proven experience in inside or B2B sales with a track record of meeting quotas.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points.
• Present tailored solutions and product benefits via phone and video conferencing.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
