Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join a remote-first tech firm. You will identify and qualify leads, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to create high-quality opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Sales Development or Business Development, tech/SaaS preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding targets in lead generation and appointment setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and research potential new business opportunities.
Initiate outbound contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media.
Engage prospects to understand business needs and align with offerings.
Articulate value proposition and benefits of solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities and interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead generation campaigns.
Mentor junior SDRs and share best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
