Placements24 is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.

Based ideally near Stellenbosch, but remote, you will demonstrate consultative selling, maintain CRM records, deliver virtual product demonstrations, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven inside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling.
