Placements24 is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.

Based ideally near Stellenbosch, but remote, you will demonstrate consultative selling, maintain CRM records, deliver virtual product demonstrations, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven inside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join their entirely remote sales team, based ideally within proximity to Stellenbosch but operating remotely. This role is critical for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales activities and effective management of inbound leads. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
