Placements24 in Randburg, Gauteng, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert HR support to designated business units, manage employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance in a fully remote capacity.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving complex HR issues and driving engagement and productivity while upholding confidentiality and ethical conduct. The role offers significant flexibility and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR generalist/Advisor experience.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to assigned business units and senior management.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee performance management processes including goals, appraisals and development plans.
• Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and career development.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and HR policies.
• Advise on compensation and benefits administration and HR policies.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and HR trainings for managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR strategies and projects.
