The successful candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, a Master’s in HRM, and a proven ability to navigate remote work dynamics, data analytics, and international employment laws.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience with advisory/business partner focus.
• Strong knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to employees and line managers across global locations.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Support talent management processes including performance appraisals and succession planning.
• Utilize HR data analytics to monitor trends and inform decisions.
