Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the flagship hotel in Midrand, Gauteng. The role requires leading all departments—front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and events—driving profitability and guest satisfaction while shaping the property’s strategic direction.

You will manage budgets, mentor department heads, ensure safety compliance, and implement service standards to elevate guest experience and brand reputation in a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in senior hotel management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.
