Placements24 seeks a Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury Cape Town property. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and Events.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and report to senior leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hotel operations, with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and revenue management.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
