Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead a remote-first team servicing clients across Pretoria, Gauteng. You will nurture and expand relationships with key enterprise clients, driving cloud solution adoption and revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise account management or related fields, strong cloud expertise, and proven client-management skills. Remote work from anywhere in South Africa is supported with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in enterprise account management, sales, or customer success in the technology sector.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, services, and architectures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and account management best practices.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a remote, independent work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts, serving as their trusted advisor for cloud solutions.
Develop deep understanding of client's business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements related to cloud adoption.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new services and features to existing clients.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure they are maximizing the value of our cloud services.
Collaborate with internal technical support, solutions architects, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term client retention and loyalty.
Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Stay current with industry trends in cloud computing, digital transformation, and competitive offerings.
Contribute insights from client interactions to inform product development and service improvements.
