Job summary

WhatJobs Direct is seeking a highly skilled Remote Enterprise Account Manager to support clients in Upington, Northern Cape, and beyond. This fully remote, client-facing role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, driving adoption of cloud services, and identifying upsell opportunities.

You will be the main point of contact, building rapport and acting as a trusted advisor from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within the B2B technology or SaaS sector, with remote client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and drive significant revenue growth.
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and other remote collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients remotely.
• Serve as primary contact for client needs on cloud services.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular virtual business reviews with clients to assess needs and demonstrate value.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client usage and performance metrics to address issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and cloud offerings to better serve clients.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and marketing teams.
• Achieve and exceed retention and growth targets for assigned accounts.
