Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales within large corporate accounts across South Africa. This fully remote role allows you to work from home, with occasional local networking near Polokwane.

You will develop strategic sales plans, manage complex cycles, and build C-level relationships to grow revenue. A proven history of exceeding quotas, strong negotiation, and the ability to articulate ROI are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and C-level relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a remote territory.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quotas for enterprise accounts.
• Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers within large organizations.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through to contract closure.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business objectives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, legal, and finance teams to structure and deliver compelling proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and network with potential clients.
