• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and email marketing to drive acquisition and revenue.
• Manage and optimize large advertising budgets to achieve ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Use A/B testing to improve ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to align efforts with business objectives and calendars.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners as needed.
• Stay updated on trends and tools in performance marketing and ecommerce.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retention.
