Placements24 seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to drive growth for an expanding e-commerce business. Based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, the role requires strategic, data-driven leadership across paid social, SEM, and affiliate channels to optimize CAC and ROI.

You will manage substantial budgets, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with creatives and developers to scale customer acquisition and LTV. This role offers strong remote flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in performance marketing with paid acquisition.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and delivering ROI.
• Expertise in GA, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical, data modeling, and CRO knowledge.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to acquire customers and revenue.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other channels.
• Oversee budgets across channels for maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and site analytics for optimization.
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure campaign success.
• Explore new channels and technologies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
