Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive profitable online sales through data-driven campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels. This role is based in Stellenbosch and requires deep experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

You will optimize budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
• Experience scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels with profitable growth.
• Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other major platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Manage large ad budgets to hit KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
• Analyse campaign performance, website analytics, and customer data for insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to craft compelling ads.
• Monitor trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with marketing/e-commerce teams to align with business goals.
