You will analyze data, drive ROAS, and improve CPA while collaborating with content and design teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in performance marketing for e-commerce, with strong GA, GA4, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager proficiency. Office-based position in Richards Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in performance marketing within e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience with GA, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and assets to identify best performers.
• Analyze website traffic, conversion data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Assist in management of marketing budgets and resource allocation.
• Contribute to overall e-commerce strategy using performance marketing data.
