Placements24 in South Africa seeks a Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead our client’s paid media strategy. The role is fully remote anywhere in SA and focuses on high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and affiliates to drive profitable sales and customer acquisition.

You will own analytics, optimize campaigns, run A/B tests, and report to senior leadership. A strong background in ecommerce and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with ecommerce focus.
• Proven success managing large-scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate channels.
• Manage substantial ad budgets to maximize ROAS, CPA, and CLV targets.
• Analyze campaigns, web analytics, and customer data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead A/B tests and experiments to improve conversions and efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure compelling campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and new platforms to maintain competitive edge.
• Produce regular performance reports and strategic insights for senior leaders.
• Mentor junior team members in best practices.
