Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and optimize ROAS for our online platform based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will own data-driven campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.

You will mentor a team of marketing specialists, collaborate with content and design teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to sharpen growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing with ecommerce focus.
• Proven success scaling paid acquisition budgets (e.g., R1M+ per month).
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & other major platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics experience.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques.
• Excellent understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer journeys.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales for the e-commerce platform.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
• Oversee affiliate marketing program including partner acquisition and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaigns to identify trends and actionable ROI improvements.
• Manage large advertising budgets to maximize ROAS.
