About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing online retailer, is seeking an organized and proactive Senior E-commerce Operations Coordinator for a fully remote position. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily e-commerce operations. You will be instrumental in managing order fulfillment, customer service escalations, and optimizing operational processes to enhance the customer experience. You will act as a key liaison between various internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless operations from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Manage and resolve customer service inquiries and escalations efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to optimize shipping processes and delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze operational reports, providing insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in managing online marketplace listings and ensure product information accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing order fulfillment and customer service processes.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
