The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, from order processing and inventory management to customer service coordination and website content updates. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage online inventory levels across various platforms, coordinating with warehouse teams as needed.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying and reporting any technical issues.
• Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the e-commerce website.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient shipping and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, returns, and shipping.
• Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support online promotions and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
