Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage online inventory levels across various platforms, preventing stockouts and overstock situations.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Provide remote support for customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements
